Stories and Poems From the Road
Pascal Dennis was traveling three weeks a month for work as the president of Lean Pathways, a management consultancy. He started keeping a daily journal through his travels. It’s a collection of musings about everything from conversations with cabdrivers, to meetings and flight delays, in his new book, Reflections of a Business Nomad: Stories and Poems From on the Road. Dennis combines his experiences from doing business around the world and is the author of five other business books.
Dennis is also a professional engineer. He has worked with leading Sensei’s in Japan and North America. He developed his management skills at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada (TMMC), where he was in several leadership positions where he supported several major model launches, the hiring of 2,000 new team members, and construction of a new facility.
The Imperial Grill, the Greek restaurant in downtown Toronto where he grew up, often figures in his books
Join us as Dr. Greenberg and I discuss his reflections and experience as it relates to leadership. Each month 35,000 people tune-in to tune-up their performance and learn about Emotional Intelligence. Listen to the complete discussion without commercials, above.
